System Requirements: To run PW Dental, your main computer must have Windows XP or Windows 2000. Your workstations can be running on Windows 98 or later. All computers must have a monitor that is at least a 15" LCD (flat) or a 17" CRT (standard).
How PW Dental compares to other dental software: The big four dental software systems right now are Dentrix, Softdent, Eaglesoft, and PracticeWorks. PW Dental has not been around as long as they have, however it is enhanced and supported by the creator of Dentisoft™ software in use since 1990. PW Dental has most of the features found in the expensive software systems including clinical charting and digital X-ray/image interfaces, however, at a fraction of the their cost. Several new features are being added monthly and in few months PW Dental will exceed the features offered by expensive software systems. We currently excel in such areas as custom export and reporting features. Our screens are very large with crisp controls and lots of information available at a glance.

Scheduler
Our fully integrated Scheduler is production oriented and a proven revenue generator. It visually shows you the production time and open production slots along with available chairs. Scheduled patient balances, basic insurance information, production amount and treatment plan totals can be viewed with a simple "mouse-over" the appointment slot. No other software in the market today, has these robust features!
Patient File
Patient File allows you to manage and view the various details of the patient information with a click of the mouse. The patient searches are customized and the last ten patient files accessed are displayed by default. The search results show the patients' last appointment date, next appointment date and telephone number for quick access. Access to patients' personal and insurance information is simplified and user-friendly.
Patient Chart
Patient Charts contain detailed clinical information about patiens' and are a great treatment-plan selling tool. You will immediately see a higher case acceptance useing the Alternate Treatment Plan Presenter, which is fully integrated with the Patient Chart.
Reports
Our Reports are fine tuned to provide you with maximum information on all aspects of your practice. The Incomplete Treatment Plan Report identifies area of potential production and the Referral Analysis Report is a great marketing tool because it shows your best referral sources. You also have the option of generating customized letters and labels, which is a great time-saver.
Administration
The Administration module helps you to manage all information involving your dental office, staff, lab information, procedure codes and fee schedules. It also lets you set up lab alerts, customize Task Manager for quick reports and configure your digital imaging integration. You can submit pending and pre-authorization claims in batch mode and also view submitted claims. Trojan information can be updated with updates from Trojan in this module.
